I do not feel the options in this area of the program adequately reflect the information provided by the scene or patient. Under "HPI/PHX" tab, "MOI/NOI" button; Make a selection that most adequately reflects your impression. Then add a comment to that selection by clicking the "comment" button at the bottom of the screen just above the "Inbox" button.
