| I can not the print or sync reports to the server or I can not access the city network. |
This is almost always caused by a network connection problem. The first step is to see if there is a GREEN "Palm Tree" like icon at the bottom of your screen near the clock. This palm tree is part of the "NetMotion Mobility" program. NetMotion provides a secure connection to the city network through any active internet connection. If there is not a palm tree then you are not connected to the city network even though you might be connected to a physical or wireless network nearby.
If you are connected to a nearby network, try right clicking the NetMotion icon (It looks like a blue double arrow when not connected) and selecting "Connect with NetMotion Mobility". This should make sure NetMotion is active and translating your traffic to and from the city network.
