Error:
The default setting for Interventions "Who" (Performed By) field is a choice called "Report Writer".
If user selects an intervention the "Who" field is populated by the default "Report Writer" as it should be.
The problem is that if the user does not tab into and through the field "Who" then the default (in this case "Report Writer") does not stay set.
This can be observed by going back to the "Inbox" and then opening the report again and returning to the intervention section.
When the interventions are examined the "Who" field is blank.
Temporary Solution:
Make sure to tab into and past the who field for each intervention. |
